Projects aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals

Orpia Group and Orpia Afrique aim to achieve financial profitability while ensuring significant social and economic benefits. The following Sustainable Development Goals will be addressed.

Our projects will be implemented in the sub-region near cashew and cocoa processing areas. They will contribute to dynamic economic activity through employment and subcontracting for SMEs.

CNSL is a renewable and biodegradable biofuel. With properties similar to diesel, it is a more environmentally friendly alternative. Biofertilizers from biomass recovery units are an alternative to domestic and industrial charcoal.

The factories will employ several hundred people, accounting for approximately 95% permanent positions and 5% seasonal positions. The lowest-paid employees will earn twice the minimum wage in Ivory Coast.

An innovative technology that produces cleaner CNSL than what the market currently offers. Our projects will result in a significant transfer of knowledge and technology to the Ivorian population.

Every year, more than 800,000 tons of cashew nut shells are destroyed. The project will help reduce waste generated by the industry by adding value to cashew nut shells.
